Creation of a complaint

Every year Megatrade aims to reduce the number of errors and deviations that our customers may experience. Therefore, we place great emphasis on self-regulation in the context of obtaining offers and receiving goods.

Should it still happen that you experience errors or deficiencies in products or deliveries from Megatrade, we would very much like to hear about it as soon as possible.

In a nutshell, our complaint process consists of fault clarification, causal analysis, corrective and preventive actions and follow-up on the quality of subsequent goods receipts.

With these measures, our experience shows that with measurable effect we reduce the number of errors and the probability that they occur or, in the worst case, should recur.
